If you are new to our websites, please first register into our website. And then login to our website. then you can click the items and click "Add to Cart" button to add the items to your cart, and click "Pay the items" button in your cart to submit your order to check out. In the check out, please select the payment, and write your shipping address as well other information. And then click "Submit" button to place the order.
When you place the order online, our system will automatically calculate the total amount of your order with discount or shipping fee to you according to the quantity of your order.
Please do not worry about it. The charge bank will only charge the order that has been submitted. If your payment is approved by the bank, the credit card payment company will automatically send a confirmation email to you. We will also change the status of your order to "Has paid" the day when we work after we receive your payment, what is more, our system will automatically send email to you to confirm your order.
Yes, we know the items in your order are in your previous order or in your cart. We will prepare the correct items to you.
If you paid your order by credit card, it may take about 8 to 24 hours for the charged bank to auditing your payment.
If your payment is approved by the bank, the credit card payment company will automatically send confirmation email to you.
We will update the status of your order to “Has Paid” in our work day, and then you will receive a email regarding your order.

If your order is shipped only to one address, Please place the normally order online, and write the correct shipping address in the check out before you submit the order.
If your order is to over 2 shipping addresses, you have to add extra $15 for each additional address. Please email us your order number, and the shipping addresses that you want the items to ship to. We will re-calculate the total amount of your order to you.
Before you submit your order, at the Checkout processing, there is three options for the handling of the out of stock items. They are:
(1). Credit out of stock items in our website, Ship in stock items first.
(2). Refund the out of stock items to your PayPal account or credit card.
(3). Negotiate for the replacement of the out of stock items.
If you select the first option, we will ship your in stock items to you, and credit the amount of the out of stock items to your User account in our website.
If you select the second option, we will ship your in stock items to you, and refund the amount of the out of stock items to your PayPal account or to your credit card.
If you select the third option, We will send email and inform you the out of stock items, and you can select the new items and send email to inform us to replace the out of stock items. We will ship your items and the substitutes to you.
When you place your next order, our system will automatically deduct the credit from the total amount of your order to you. If the amount of your order is less than your credit, please email us your order number, we will ship your order to you.
Yes, if you want us to refund your credit to you. If your order was paid by PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account; If your order was paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
If you forgot your password, you just need to click the "forget password? " in the user center session, and then in the form fill your registered mail address, and then click "submit" button, our system will automatic generate a new password and send to your mail box.
You can use this password to login into our system and then change your password in the "my profile".

We are sorry we can't process our customers' orders with their credit cards. You have to process the order online
yourself. If your payment was not approved by the bank, Please contact your credit card payment company for the reason. And try again.
Please note We never know any our customers' credit cards information. If the customer submit the order and their credit card information, this information will only submit to the charging bank. So Nobody else know the credit card information.
You have to pay the order again with your card online yourself.
